Hmmm, how Adobe ever expect to move all of their apps online is beyond me.

While it is certainly impressive what can be done in a browser window these days, this is nowhere near what is possible on the desktop. And since it's Flash, it's performance (on the Mac in particular) sucks pretty badly.

Pretty interface though :)

Nice EULA, not.

And indeed, although it's nice, I have seen more impressive image edition apps in Flash. FauxTo to name one.

You might want to read number 8a of the terms (https://www.photoshop.com/express/terms.html):

"with respect to Your Content that you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Services, you grant Adobe a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such Content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such Content into other Materials or works in any format or medium now known or later developed."

This means that you are basically giving Adobe all the rights to your images .... great idea!

this is something anyone could have done with flex, in my opinion, it's no big deal. if it didn't have adobe's name stamped on it, you'd probably never hear of it
