Well, the real issue is that technology will always be cloned and imitated. So can askitonline really do better customer service than the other online survey software companies (of which there are really more like 40 of them out there and only a few good corporate tools). Regardless of how good of a programmer you are, do you think you are actually capable of understanding the needs of corporations? What you are really battling is corporate culture for integrating a survey software tool. Good Luck, I'm curious to see how much better askitonline will be than many of the others out there!

Alexei - we did not rip off anyone. In developing AskItOnline, we took concepts from 15+ websites and, in essence, mashed them all together. AskItOnline will hopefully become the #1 online survey software, and to do that one must include functionality similar to where others have succeeded, and ignore or improve on where they may have failed.

The survey editor is very similar to QuestionForm - it's also very similar to WuFoo and at least 10 other online applications I can think of. We aim to make the interface as intuitive as possible, so there is no saying that how the survey editor looks or functions right now is final.

It's nice,
In fact most of it seems copied from my own product questionform, that has a public beta for a couple of weeks now...
Interesting fact: my most active user is located in Thornhill, Canada, the home place of this product.

It's all nice...
In fact most of the features appear to have been copied from my product (http://questionform.com) wich already has a public beta for a few weeks.
Strangely, one my most active users is from Thornhill, Canada.... the same place where this product cames from...

I've noticed a number of articles on Ajaxian recently which don't have "demo" links or sample account info to test out; personally, that's part of what has made this site attractive, because it's been easy to read about (and subsequently play with) neat new sites and services coming out. Please bring back more demo links/demo account info, or encourage submitters to include them! :)
