Backbase creates Ajaxian Petstore
The Backbase team has taken the infamous PetStore application, and has ajaxified it using their framework.
A full writeup has been placed on the BEA dev2dev network.

Well, if you’re writing about Ajax sites, you may look at http://myprogs.net and http://reader2.com – at search pages, or if you register, it also uses Ajax for suggesting already existing items when adding new items.
petshop example has a great example of the back button issue – get to the checkout and there is no option to get back to buying more items and no back button to go back either!
Hi Andrew,
Thanks for your feedback: in a future revision of the Pet Store we’ll enable the back-button. This is standard functionality of the Backbase engine, so it’s not too much work.
For now, you can click on the Pet Store logo to return to the catalog. Maybe we should modify the Interaction Design, because I agree it’s not very intuitive.
Thanks,
Jep (Backbase)
