As a believer in 'user friendly' websites, it does seem that there is a lack of good websites which get straight to the point and give user's exactly what they need within 2-3 clicks. http://www.relianceps.com has been developed with the concept of 'user friendly'.

It would be good if Google Earth gave clearer images of non-city areas. Google Earth is a great tool for real estate, but as soon as you get outside of the city the image is too blurred.

It's difficult to find a real estate website that keeps their website regularly updated. The best websites are those that provide a time limit for the properties, so they automatically get removed from the website unless someone is prompt to continue the advert.

Yes , indeed far too many sites use lots of parameters which put off clients who may not be sure what there looking for. This is the same principle we use at www.soho-properties.com

I cannot completely commit to Camp 1 as I do think there are times, and situations, where users have to take responsibility for their own choices. For example, if someone choses to remain on dialup when higher speed connections are available, and within their reach, I do not think I should be obliged to design with their free choice in mind. If they choose to stay with an older browser rather than upgrade, why should I have to take that into account? To do so would constrain design and possibly compromise the experience of others for no good reason. http://www.vigrx.com/?a=getlook

Really useful to make some very irritating clients understand the concept behind keeping their websites with less images, most of the clients gets happy to see their competitor websites in flash but don’t understand its negative impact on search engine and when as company we try to convince they feel that we are unable to do the work in flash hence making excuses, ultimately such people has be left till the time they their self realize the point.

I would like to know if it is possible to integrate Google Map with my real estate website...
"Danny Sullivan, of the Search Engine Watch, commented over at the Internet Stock Blog that this is really just Google Base integrated with Maps to produce a vertical search across real estate."

Thanks

If anyone's in the New York area, interested in Rentals or "For Sale" condos, houses, do check out www.urbanregistry.com. We certainly have a long way to go; the beta went live just last month. You'll see several thousand listings of which some may have expired but please be patient while we iron out these issues. Hope you meet with success through the site. Thanks, Ajaxian.
