I wrote an iPhone widget (myipho.net/dns) that matches a network host name (eg,
cornell.edu) with a numerical network address (or IP address: in this
example, 128.253.161.179). It also uses GeoIP mapping to return
geographical information (eg, Ithaca, NY) — click on the location to
see it in iPhone’s Google Maps browser!
