MinMeister: Mind Mapping to the Web
MindMeister is a collaborative online mind mapping tool written with Rails and Prototype. You can capture your thoughts and share them instantly with friends and colleagues.
Although in private beta, you can play with the sample map that is embedded into the main page:

Yes! I have been on and off on MindManager: it is a great product, but for this type of application, having to use a desktop application seems nowadays like an anachronism. Welcome MindMeister, (and I would love to have access to the private beta).
