By the look of the URLs that are generated it looks like this is a Rails app. If so, they should look at the Asset Packager plugin. It'll combine and compress all those JS scripts into a single JS file making for a quicker first-load. Also if they configure their web server to send the proper HTTP cache headers and use GZIP compression, much quicker reloads for any further navigation or return visits.
