Looks interesting, I am personally a little hesitant about storing passwords in an application which is labled as beta but I will definitley try it out!

I am using PassPack and it is so great.
I was drowning in more than 200 accounts and I was desperately waiting for an online, client-side, all-in-your-browser, crypto tool.
only a suggestion: custom fields for custom data entry.

I love the concept and the execution seems to be quite good but i was surprised and disappointed to find quite a few glitches in the layout in Firefox 2.0, although the Javascript works great.
