Flash is only used if no native MP4 support is available and MP4 is only used whenever there is no Theora file available or playback possible. But you are right. The examples shown on the frontpage are a bit misleading. However, "video for everybody" is a principle, projekktor is a whole player so they can not be compared this way. @jamienk The opposite is the case.
