The Find is a shopping site that has a couple of nice UI items, some of which use Ajax techniques.
- Mouseover the items to get details in a popup
- Shopping cart built in (that you can place in, but can’t drag and drop)
- Modal dialogs (e.g. email to friend, feedback box)
- Automatic sizing of the results table. If you have more width, you get more columns.
It is also interesting that Ajax isn’t used for filtering.

What are your thoughts on The Find vs Like.com? Are they using the same type of search technology?
Here’s another that uses search technology to get all their products. Also some nice, clean ajax used in the search results – you can see a preview of the merchants before you go to the product page and their prices.
