Yaho UI's Dialog seemed a bit puzzling to me! I couldnt manipulate my code to make it work for multiple usages. I used AJAX. I called the basic dialog the first time, it was fine. Then I tried to call the function with another data source, the basic dialog still held the old data. Strange!!!

Though, overall I am happy to code for http://www.track-issue.com/ with YAHOO UI!

Try AJAX autocomplete component AutoAssist, it's quite easy to use than YUI's one.

Yahoo becoming developers' best friend

Yahoo released a new version of their YUI library yesterday. I have to say I'm very impressed with what these guys are doing--they're taking Microsoft's place as the most developer-friendly company on the Net. Some of the cooler things they're

I really like to see companies like Yahoo! doing this. Even if you do not like their coding style, or do not want to use their entire library, they still are providing a great resource of code and examples to give developers ideas for their own projects.

Just my 2 cents...
